Checkout and production subscriptions are disabled. This text describes the intended framework and must be approved by legal counsel, numbered, dated and confirmed to the user on a durable medium before sales begin.
Intended scope of the service
- Free: 1 hour of AI processing each month at no cost. Basic: 10 hours per month for EUR 9.99, without connected accounts. Unused hours do not carry over.
- Pro: 20 hours of AI processing per month for EUR 17.99, subject to final tax verification.
- Unlimited: EUR 29.99 per month with no customer-facing hourly cap for one individual account, subject to a fair-use policy that has yet to be approved.
- Enterprise: individually agreed scope, security, region, SLA and data processing agreement.
- Annual billing saves 15%: Basic EUR 101.90, Pro EUR 183.50 and Unlimited EUR 305.90, charged once per year. Processing hours renew monthly, not yearly. Final tax verification is required before sales start.
User responsibilities
- Use the service only for an authorised purpose and inform participants transparently.
- Review the transcript, names, figures, decisions and tasks before sharing an output.
- Do not use the service for covert surveillance, employee evaluation, or inference of emotions, health status or other sensitive conclusions.
- Protect the account and do not circumvent quotas, authorisation or security controls.
Termination, subscriptions and data
Stopping automatic renewal and deleting an account are separate actions. The final terms must describe when cancellation takes effect, export, deletion, backup exceptions, refunds, complaints and withdrawal rights for each country and payment channel.
