Privacy requests, export and deletion
A public route for exercising rights and an explanation of the difference between deletion and subscription cancellation.
Available request types
- Access to and a copy of personal data.
- Correction of inaccurate data.
- Erasure or restriction of processing.
- Portability in a machine-readable format.
- Objection and withdrawal of consent where that legal basis is used.
Process
The monitored privacy intake, proportionate identity verification, deadline register and production end-to-end test have not yet been completed. Until they are active, the website will not suggest that a request has been submitted. Once configured, this page will provide an email address and a secure form.
Subscriptions are separate
Deleting an account may not end a subscription managed by the App Store. Before deletion, the application must provide access to subscription management while still allowing the account to be deleted promptly when the user requests it.
