DSA and illegal-content notices
Conditional obligations that depend on the service’s actual classification.
Classification is not complete
Catch Minutes is designed as a private workspace, but storing non-public content does not by itself exclude every obligation that may apply to a hosting service. Before launch, legal counsel must assess Articles 11 to 17 of the DSA against the actual functionality, countries and enterprise size.
What must not be presented as operational
A public content-notice form, acknowledgements, decisions, statements of reasons and appeals will not be presented as operational until the process has an owner, secure intake, deadlines and an audit trail. Public sharing will remain disabled until a controlled process exists.
