The DPA is not yet available for signature
The final DPA must describe the subject matter, duration, nature, purpose, categories of personal data and data subjects, customer instructions, confidentiality, security, subprocessors, data-subject rights, incidents, deletion, audit and transfers. It must reflect the actual production architecture.
Transfers outside the EEA
If a transfer outside the EEA is activated without an adequacy decision, the correct module of the Standard Contractual Clauses must be selected, a transfer impact assessment must be completed and appropriate supplementary measures must be adopted.
