Planned formats and open questions for termination and switching providers.
Formats
The product foundation provides for exporting transcripts and minutes to HTML, with additional formats planned for paid tiers. A complete machine-readable export of the account, metadata, tasks, integrations and audit relationships must be specified precisely and tested before production.
Switching providers
The applicability of the Data Act must be legally classified against the actual type of service. If the rules for data processing services apply, we will publish the supported formats, switching procedure, assistance and deletion of exportable data after termination.
