AI transparency and responsible use
Where Catch Minutes is intended to use AI, its limitations and prohibited uses.
Intended uses of AI
AI assists with transcription and drafts of structured minutes, tasks and private Coach output. An output may be inaccurate or may misidentify a speaker, number, name or negation, and it must be reviewed by a person before it is shared.
Boundaries
- No automated legal or similarly significant decision about a person.
- No inference of emotions, health status, personality or intentions.
- No performance rankings, employee scores or managerial monitoring of Coach content.
- No claim that outputs are error-free; the source and human corrections should remain traceable.
What remains to be completed
Before production, the model inventory, roles under the AI Act, intended-use boundaries, evaluations, incident process, AI-literacy training and technical test of visible AI-output labelling must be completed.
